A 47-year-old Erskine man was sentenced today in federal court
to 41 months in prison in connection with the armed bank robbery
of a Moorhead credit union on Aug. 20, 2007.

supervised release and ordered him to pay $7,689 in restitution.
Dornbach was indicted Oct. 16 with one count of armed bank robbery
and pleaded guilty to the count on Dec. 6.

employee’s desk while holding a knife and demanded money.
The employee gave Dornbach the cash, and he fled. He was arrested
later that day in a hotel room in Fargo, N.D.
This case was the result of an investigation by the Federal
Bureau of Investigation and the Moorhead Police Department. This
case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Erika R. Mozangue.
