Man Charged
with Embezzlement

States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced that a Wyoming man
has been indicted by a federal grand jury for embezzlement. William
Lone Fight, age 41, was indicted by a federal grand jury on January
8, 2008, for embezzlement. He appeared before U.S. Magistrate
Judge Myles Devine on February 13, 2008, and pled not guilty to
the indictment. The maximum penalty upon conviction is five years
imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. The charge is merely an accusation
and Lone Fight is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
The investigation is being conducted by the FBI and Assistant
United States Attorney Thomas J. Wright is prosecuting the case.
Lone Fight was released on bond pending trial. A trial date has
not yet been set.
