United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley announced that a Kyle man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for attempting to engage in sexual relations with a person under the age of 12. Benjamin High Horse, age 20, was charged by a superseding indictment by a federal grand jury in February 2008 for aggravated sexual abuse and abusive sexual contact. He appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Veronica L. Duffy on February 22, 2008, and pled not guilty to the superseding indictment.
