On Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the TCF Bank, 1988 Suburban Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, was a robbed by a lone individual. The robber approached the victim teller and presented a demand note for money and also made an oral demand for money. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and was last exiting the bank on foot.
The robber is described as a Middle Eastern male, approximately 5’6”-5’8” tall, with a slim build. The robber was wearing a blue windbreaker, dark baseball cap, and sunglasses. The robber may have fled the area in a gray Chevrolet Suburban or Tahoe SUV .
