SEEKING PUBLIC'S ASSISTANCE

Special Agent in Charge of the Minneapolis FBI office is seeking the
public's assistance in identifying an unknown serial bank robber. The
robber is believed to be responsible for three bank robberies in the
Twin Cities on November 6, October 24 and October 19, 2007.
The latest bank
robbery occurred on Tuesday, November 6, 2007, at approximately 7:00
p.m., at the US Bank, located at 3777 Park Center Drive, St. Louis Park,
Minnesota. The robber approached the victim teller and presented a demand
note for cash. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and
then fled the bank. The robber is described as a white male, approximately
25 years old, 5'5" to 5'9", 130 to 150 pounds, thin and had
a scruffy dark brown beard or few days facial hair growth. The robber
was wearing a maroon baseball hat, black coat and blue jeans.
This robber is
believed to be responsible for the October 24, 2007, robbery of the
TCF Bank located at 6775 York Avenue South, Edina, Minnesota and the
October 19, 2007, robbery of the Highland Bank inside the Mall of America,
located at 322 West Market, Bloomington, Minnesota.
