Ralph S. Boelter, Special Agent in Charge of the Minneapolis FBI office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown serial bank robber.  The robber is believed to be responsible for four bank robberies in the Twin Cities on November 11, November 6, October 24 and October 19, 2007.

The latest robbery occurred on Sunday, November 11, 2007 at approximately 5:30 p.m., at the TCF Bank - Cub Foods Branch, 3550 Vicksburg Lane, Plymouth, Minnesota.  The robber approached the victim teller and presented a demand note for cash.  The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and then fled the bank. 

The robber is described as a white male, approximately 25 years old, 130 to 150 pounds, 5’4” to 5’6”, light brown hair, sideburns and a scruffy beard or goatee.  He was wearing a black coat with a gray fleece lining, blue jeans, black sneakers and a maroon “Old Navy” baseball style cap.  He was last seen fleeing northeast from the Cub Foods towards Lifetime Fitness.

 This robber is believed to be responsible for the November 6, 2007 robbery of the US Bank located at 3777 Park Center Drive, St. Louis Park, Minnesota; the October 24, 2007 robbery of the TCF Bank – Cub Foods located at 6775 York Avenue South, Edina, Minnesota; and the October 19, 2007 robbery of the Highland Bank inside the Mall of America located at 322 West Market, Bloomington, Minnesota.
