On
Monday, December 17, 2007, at approximately 1:30 pm, the TCF Bank, located
at 3717 Lexington Avenue North, Arden Hills, Minnesota, was robbed by
a lone individual. The robber approached the victim teller, pulled a
dark colored handgun gun out of a brown colored portfolio, and pointed
the gun at the teller. The robber then made an oral demand for money.
The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen
leaving the bank on foot. Ramsey County Sheriffs' Deputies were immediately
dispatched to the bank and in a nearby restaurant parking lot they found
the stolen money, a black pellet gun, and an exploded dye pack.
The
robber is described as a black male, gray mustache, pock marks on his
face, approximately 40-50 years of age, approximately 5'10"-6'0"tall,
with a medium build. The robber was wearing dark colored dress hat,
black gloves, light colored shirt, black thigh length coat, blue jeans,
and white tennis shoes.
This robber is believed to be responsible for the December 12, 2007,
robbery of the TCF Bank, located at 2100 North Snelling Avenue, Roseville,
Minnesota.

leading to the arrest and indictment of this bank robber.
