On Thursday, April 24, 2008 , at approximately 6:55 p.m. , the TCF Bank, located at 2163 Ford Parkway , St. Paul , Minnesota , was robbed by a lone individual. The robber approached the victim teller and presented a threatening demand note for money. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen fleeing the area on foot.
The robber is described as a white male, brown hair, rough face, pale complexion, in his early 20s, approximately 5’8”-5’11”tall, 150-170 lbs, with a thin build. The robber was wearing a maroon knit winter hat, dark grey hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and brown shoes.
This robber is also believed to be responsible for the April 4, 2008 , robbery of the TCF Bank, located at 2163 Ford Parkway, St. Paul, Minnesota; the April 4, 2008, robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 6445 Nicollet Avenue, Richfield, Minnesota; the March 6, 2008, robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 4712 Chicago Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota; and the February 29, 2008, robbery of the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 1827 Grand Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota.
