On Friday, April 25, 2008, at approximately 6:55 pm, the TCF Bank, located at 5205 Central Avenue NE, Fridley, Minnesota, was robbed by a lone individual. The robber approached the victim teller and presented a threatening demand note for money. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen fleeing on foot in a northeast direction from the bank.

The robber is described as a white male, approximately late 40s to early 50s, scruffy facial hair growth, approximately 6’0”- 6’2”tall, 150-170 lbs, with a thin build. The robber was wearing a black winter stocking cap, camouflage jacket, tan colored pants and dark colored shoes.

Ralph S. Boelter, Special Agent in Charge of the Minneapolis Office of the FBI, requests that anyone with information regarding this bank robbery contact the Minneapolis FBI (612) 376-3200, the Fridley Police Department, or Crime Stoppers. A reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of this bank robber.
