On Wednesday, April 30, 2008, at approximately 10:20 a.m., a lone individual attempted to rob the City-County Federal Credit Union, located at 3651 Central Avenue NE, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The robber approached the victim teller brandishing a dark colored pistol and demanded money. The robber was unsuccessful in obtaining any money and fled the bank.
The robber is described as black male, 20 to 30 years of age, approximately 5’9”-6’0”tall, with a medium build. The robber was wearing a red knit stocking cap, white bandana over his face, black hooded sweatshirt, white shirt, blue jeans, dark shoes and a dark glove on his left hand. The robber was carrying a dark colored backpack over his right shoulder.
