The robber approached the victim teller carrying a bouquet of fresh cut flowers and a black canvas bag. The robber then pulled a dark colored pistol out of his coat and made an oral demand for money. The robber's breath smelled of alcohol. The robber then placed the pistol on the counter pointed toward the teller. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen leaving the area in a late 1990s-early 2000s red Ford Escort.

The robber is described as black male, moles on his face, goatee, approximately 40-50 years of age, approximately 6'0"tall, with a medium build. The robber was wearing light colored baseball cap, olive colored military-style parka with fur lined hood, and blue jeans.
