On Monday, April 28, 2008, at approximately 4:15 p.m., the Western Bank located at 1155 Hadley Avenue North, Oakdale, Minnesota, was robbed by a lone individual. The robber approached the victim teller and presented a threatening demand note for money. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and then fled the bank.
The robber is described as black male, medium complexion, in his 20s, approximately 5’6”-5’7”tall, 160-180 lbs, with a medium build. The robber may have a tattoo on the right side of his neck. The robber was wearing a black knit stocking hat, black crew neck shirt, light gray jacket with red lined hood with an emblem on the back, and blue jeans.

A reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of this bank robber.
