On Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at approximately 3:55 p.m., the Premier Bank, located at 1875 West Highway 36, Roseville, Minnesota, was robbed by a lone individual. The robber approached the victim teller and presented a threatening demand note for money. The robber received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank.
The robber is described as black male, dark complexion, slight facial hair, mid to late 20s, approximately 5’4”-5’6”tall, 150 lbs with a medium build. The robber was wearing a black and red baseball cap with the letter “A” all over the cap, white tee shirt under a red short-sleeved collared shirt, and dark colored jeans.
This robber is believed to be responsible for the May 9, 2008, robbery of the TCF Bank, located at 1729 Market Boulevard, Hastings, Minnesota; the May 7, 2008, robbery of the US Bank, 130 West Superior Street, Duluth, Minnesota; the May 5, 2008, robbery of the Main Street Bank, 1650 Lake Street South, Forest Lake, Minnesota; the May 2, 2008, robbery of the Como Northtown Community Credit Union, 976 North Lexington Parkway, St. Paul, Minnesota; and the April 28, 2008, robbery of the Western Bank, 1155 Hadley Avenue North, Oakdale, Minnesota.
